Cancellation & refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Your first Openly Pro membership payment — $59 monthly or $590 annual — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee applies once per account, to your first membership payment only. Switching plans or subscribing again later doesn't start a new guarantee.

Refunds aren't automatic. Request one from My Membership and we'll review it.

Later refund requests

Refund requests after the first 30 days, or for later payments, are reviewed individually. You can submit one from My Membership.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from My Membership → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals.

You keep Openly Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

If a refund ends your membership

If we approve a refund that ends your membership, Openly Pro access and any future renewal stop right away.

A partial refund given as a goodwill gesture doesn't end your membership.

Your saved work

When Openly Pro access ends, we keep your saved work for 30 days so you can come back or take what you need.

Tools you bought separately

Any subscription you bought directly inside an individual Openly tool is separate. Cancelling or refunding Openly Pro doesn't cancel or change it, and it keeps its own access.
